What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that channels natural, restorative energy through the hands of a trained practitioner. This energy flows where it is most needed—helping to ease physical pain, reduce stress, and support emotional release.
During a session, you remain fully clothed and simply relax while Sabrina acts as a conduit for healing energy to flow to you.

You’ll relax while Sabrina channels Reiki energy, clears blockages, and rebalances your energy field. This sacred time is for you to reconnect with your inner peace and activate your body’s natural healing intelligence.
